Our client, a reputable hedge fund is looking for a trading assistant to manage the order flow and ensuring smooth operations within the trading environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production order flow to ensure it is executed accurately and on time.
- Work proactively with trading desks to manage limits and anticipate any intraday trading challenges.
- Monitor the stability of brokers and exchanges.
- Collaborate with various teams, including compliance, trading, and technology.
- Develop tools and dashboards to provide clear visibility of trading activities.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years in trading operations from either sellside or buyside environment.
- Strong understanding of trading systems and order flow management.
- Proficiency in developing and using technology tools and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
