It distributes products through various channels, including agency forces, online platforms, direct sales, BEA network, insurance agents and brokers, as well as travel agencies.
Your new role - Handle the distributors' payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Key touch-point for distributors' enquiries on compensation and contract maintenance
- Related matters
- Maintain and update system on channel movement
- Review and calculate compensation adjustment requests
- Handle various compensation packages validation & remuneration calculation manually and independently
- Prepare regular compensation reports
- Perform annual taxation filing
- Distribute reports and provide administrative support in good order
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments provided by supervisors
What you'll need to succeed - Higher Diploma or above/ University graduate preferred and major in Business or Accounting-related subject
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry is preferred,
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous and good in numbers.
- Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
