Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of retail banking clients to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Manage clients' overall wealth by tailoring financial and investment solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver advanced technical insights, identifying and fulfilling multiple client requirements.
- Support branch enhancement initiatives by providing customer feedback, ensuring excellent service quality, and maintaining compliance with audit and quality standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in retail banking or a similar financial services environment.
- Professional certifications: Hold IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
- Note: Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Relationship Manager positions.
