Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital customer platform projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital features that enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Facilitate Agile project management practices, ensuring a responsive and adaptive project environment.
- Analyse project performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimisation of the platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, securing buy-in and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, IT, or other related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of working experience in consulting or project management.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing and delivering large scale change projects
- Experience in Agile
- Strong interpersonal skills with various senior stakeholders
- Industry knowledge in Insurance or Banking is a big plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) communications is essential
