Your new role Executive Support:
- Manage the C-Level Executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Coordinate and prioritise the C-Level Executive's daily activities and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between the C-Level Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for team meetings.
- Coordinate team events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial sector.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
