Your new role
Executive Support:
  • Manage the C-Level Executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and prioritise the C-Level Executive's daily activities and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the C-Level Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Team Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for team meetings.
  • Coordinate team events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
