Overview:
My client is a reputable wholesale bank, looking for a senior coverage banker and ambitious leader of public sector and banks to lead a talented team to success.
Your new role: - To lead a sizeable team with an assigned portfolio of public sector entities and international, central, and foreign banks, and to deepen the relationships and explore new business opportunities within the sector
- Actively organise client meetings and marketing campaigns in partnership with stakeholders from relevant product teams, building strong relationships and uncovering growth opportunities.
- Identify potential client and business opportunities across various products & solutions, including Transaction Banking, Treasury, Debt Capital Markets etc.
- To hands-on preparing pitches, proposals, and term sheets, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all credit applications submitted.
What You'll Need to Succeed: - Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management within public sector segment.
- Solid credit knowledge, including financial analysis and cash flow projection skills for large corporate customers
- Product knowledge in loan facility, FX, cash management, trade finance and derivative products; and structured facilities
- Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
