Your new company A global top-tier insurance high-net-worth brokerage is looking for a compliance candidate to assist with business advisory and quality assurance.
Your new role
Advise and assist businesses in compliance-related matters, including licencing, evaluating client documentation, advising on product development, and reviewing marketing materials.
Conduct compliance reviews under Mercer PCS frameworks to minimise legal and regulatory risks.
Prepare and submit regulatory filings, assist in investigations and report drafting for client complaints, and improve AML screening processes.
Update compliance training materials and conduct training sessions for staff to raise compliance standards.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of legal/ compliance experience gained in law firms, insurance, banking or wealth management.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Understanding of Hong Kong and Singapore laws and regulations, and best practices in legal and compliance, governance, and risk management is a plus.
