Your new company Our Client, a top-tier Life Insurance Firm, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive a regional operations transformation project.
Your new role - Conduct analysis, facilitate workshops, and define business requirements for the product roadmap.
- Gather and document business requirements, writing detailed user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems, understand needs, and prioritise requirements.
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure usability and accurate requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and delivery teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
What you'll need to succeed - At least 8 years' experience within Life Insurance
- Extensive knowledge of insurance operations, particularly claims.
- Experience delivering key projects using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and sound business judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English.
