Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance business relationships with bank brokers, ensuring alignment with company performance metrics and operational standards.
- Expand and deepen partnerships with existing bank brokers while actively identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with new bank partners.
- Deliver exceptional service and cultivate strong relationships with business partners by employing effective problem-solving skills. Liaise with internal departments to address day-to-day issues and ensure high service standards.
- Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support, including the preparation of sales and operational presentations, policy applications, post-sales service support, regular performance reports, and market analysis.
- Training and Events Coordination
- Organize and support broker training sessions and client events to enhance engagement and facilitate knowledge sharing.
To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 7 years in the insurance industry, with years in business development. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with a commitment to excellent customer service. Good understanding of the banking and insurance markets, including awareness of regulatory environments. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
