Credit documentation manager

Role:

• Draft and review credit documents for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, credit and legal teams to that documentation is accurate and timely in accordance with both internal and external service agreements.
• Take overall responsibility for the banks credit administration and documentation processes.
• Compile and record all relevant credit documentation.
• Assist the credit analysts to monitor and review credit limits, facilities and schedules.
• Assist the market risk team, as and when required, to monitor the banks risk profiles and limits.
• Ensure that documentation and records comply with all relevant internal and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in Credit Administration, preferably from large or medium sized international commercial bank(s)
• Thorough knowledge of commercial banking products including, loan syndication structured finance, trade finance and bilateral loans.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelors degree in finance, banking, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
