  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade server/ network infrastructure
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and tuning.
  • Implement and manage high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions for critical systems.
  • Support and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and network services.
  • Assist in basic MSSQL Server administration tasks such as configuration, patching, and performance monitoring.
  • Work with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to enforce security policies and resolve system vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Provide technical support and incident resolution for production systems.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure support.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking.
  • Familiarity with MySQL is a must.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
