Secretary -Technology | Government | 4-month contract Your new company A well-established government-related institution is seeking a secretary to provide support to the team!
Your new role
Coordinate and schedule meetings, draft and manage internal correspondence, arrange business travel, process expense claims, and handle logistics for interdepartmental activities.
Handle procurement operations, source and liaise with vendors
Provide administrative support for projects, including maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with procurement processes, and organising project meetings.
Prepare project reports, input and manage data, and ensure all project-related documentation is up-to-date and well-organised.
Assist with department training sessions by handling logistics, preparing materials, and tracking attendance or feedback.
Take on ad hoc assignments as needed, offering flexible support to address urgent or unexpected departmental needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree holder or above in any discipline.
At least 3 years of administrative experience, ideally from major organisations in the technology or government-related sector.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural teams - experience in a multinational environment is a definite advantage.
Possess excellent coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills, making it easy to work with colleagues across departments.
Highly proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a bonus), with strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
