Your new role - Act as a key contact for employee and HRBP queries related to health and wellbeing benefits
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues, manage invoices, and monitor service levels
- Coordinate and execute local and regional wellbeing events, including webinars and trainings
- Collaborate with HR teams, employee networks, and wellbeing ambassadors to deliver targeted programs
What you'll need to succeed - 1- 2 years of experience in health and wellbeing, ideally within HR, consulting, or insurance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in organising events and working with vendors is a plus
- Cantonese & English fluency (Mandarin = bonus points)
- Bonus if you've worked in banking/finance
