Your new company My client, a top-tier corporate bank in Asia, is sourcing an experienced Admin Officer to join their team.
Your new role - Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance of building facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality work.
- Process and manage accounts payable related to building operations, including utilities, maintenance services, and other associated costs.
What you will need to succeed - Diploma holder or above
- 3 years of experience as an Admin/Office Maintenance in a corporate environment, exposure to the Financial Services field will be a bonus.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
