Key Responsibilities:-
- Spearhead technical strategy and delivery for insurance modernization programs
- Design and implement scalable, Cloud-ready solutions with integration to legacy platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, architecture, and business units
- Mentor and guide teammates through complex technical delivery
Preferred Skills & Experience:-
- Hands-on experience in modernizing insurance systems
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms and legacy system integration
- Exposure to insurance solutions such as eBao, Insurmode, LifeAsia, or AS/400 is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
