Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying enterprise-level leads, closing sales, and driving revenue growth across merchant partnerships. You'll conduct business reviews, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure merchant success. This role requires close coordination with product and integration teams to address feature gaps and deliver tailored solutions that meet merchant needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close enterprise-level sales opportunities.
  • Acquire and retain merchant partners, ensuring quarterly revenue growth.
  • Conduct business reviews and build strong client relationships.
  • Understand merchant needs and set them up for success.
  • Collaborate with product, integration, and marketing teams to drive growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or account management in tech or payments.
  • Proven sales track record and negotiation skills with enterprise clients.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and resilience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Passion for building successful businesses in a startup environment.
