  1. Assist in deal origination, including pitch book and proposal preparation and maintain client/investors relationships
  2. Execute ECM transactions including IPOs, placing and other ECM transactions
  3. Identify and understand clients' needs in order to explore new business opportunities

Requirements:

  1. University degree or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum 2 years and up to 15 years or more of equity capital markets or related experience
  3. Good understanding and execution experience of ECM transactions with knowledge of ECM related listing rules and regulatory requirements
  4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua
  5. Result oriented, self-initiative and good interpersonal skills
