Our client is a leader in the high precision metal fabrication business and the companys products are widely applied in the production of smartphones, wearable devices and other electronic products. As the company continues to redefine precision through innovation and adopting cutting edge technologies, they are looking for an outstanding individual to join the senior leadership team and contribute to the growth of their business.
You will be responsible for:
- All round HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Payroll and HR Administration
- Understand and execute the end-to-end HR needs of employees and managers
- Proactively provide professional advice to internal key stakeholders on HR best practices
- Work collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes
The applicant should have:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years relevant HR experience
- Strong communication skills, proactive, and hands-on with solid generalist experiences.
- Excellent in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
