About the role:
The Client Success Associate will play a key role in driving client engagement and retention during a period of significant growth. As a vital extension of the sales team, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensure optimal product usage, and identify opportunities for renewals and expansion.​
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients to foster long-term engagement and uncover renewal opportunities
- Proactively support clients with low usage, tailoring solutions to their needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Manage the renewal process, prepare proposals, an negotiate contract terms
- Identify upsell opportunities for designated products
- Monitor client health using internal dashboards and implement retention strategies
- Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and support sales team activities
- Coordinate client meetings, events, and internal project initiatives
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in institutional client services or subscription-based business within SaaS/FS/Professional Services industry
- Familiarity with global financial services clients highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms​Passionate about data with strong attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin.
