Job Title: Assistant Human Resources Manager
Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant Human Resources Manager will:
- Collaborate with multiple business units to provide comprehensive HR business partnering, focusing on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and training initiatives.
- Assist in crafting and implementing talent acquisition strategies for both corporate and operational roles.
- Oversee HR coordination for staff onboarding, orientation, training programs, and ongoing employee development activities.
- Support the HR Manager and senior leadership in organizational development projects, HR data analysis, and policy reviews.
- Manage employee records, HR reporting dashboards, leave and attendance administration, MPF, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Engage in cross-functional projects, including digital HR system implementations, workforce engagement programs, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Contribute to planning corporate culture-building initiatives and enhancing internal communications.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to align with business goals and expansion plans.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations and people management support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professional maturity, discretion, and effective stakeholder communication.
- A proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn across various HR functions.
- Ability to adapt to operational tasks, cross-team projects, and multi-task HR workflows.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to manage deadlines and operational cycles effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems preferred.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and conversational Mandarin.
