Job Purpose: Assist the Manager to lead and manage the team to provide full spectrum of operation support to both Telemarketing Team and Business Banking Department in Personal Loan, Card Loan, and SME business of Dah Sing Bank.
Main Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) - Assist the Manager to oversee the team performance to ensure quality customer service and accurate information provided to customer
- Assist the Manager to monitor the resources management and administrative work
- Handle customer enquiry/complaint with professionalism
- Provide related training/briefing to team members
- Perform operational duties
- Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties
Incumbent Requirements: - Secondary education with 6 years' relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business
- Good knowledge of loan products
- Good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
