Your Role
You will lead a team of sales consultants to drive and promote AWS cloud solutions and managed services. Your responsibilities include facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and consistently achieving revenue targets. You will also oversee daily sales operations and provide regular updates to senior management.
What You'll Need to Succeed - A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related disciplines
- Proven experience in driving sales strategies and coaching high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions
- Knowledge of AWS cloud solutions is an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with solution architects to deliver demos
- Leadership capabilities to build and manage a proactive sales team
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
