Your new company Our client, a Leading Medical Company, is now looking for an experienced ERP Application Manager to join their team to focus on ERP Manage and a substantial Digital transformation to cope with the business expansion.
Your new role Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be working as a ERP Application Manager and lead the optimization of ERP and other enterprise systems, enhancing operational workflows and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Lead ERP and application system deployment, customization, and integration.
- Enhance system functionality to streamline operations and reporting.
- Improve business analysis workflows and define KPIs with stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and develop actionable dashboards.
- Provide user training and support across systems.
- Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and update Business Continuity Plans for critical systems.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate should have over 8+ years in ERP implementation and business analysis, preferably in pharma/manufacturing. Strong ERP expertise (Oracle EBS, Oracle Analytics Cloud), data tools, and Excel. Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing outsourced projects and application teams.
