Our client is a well-known financial organisation and has a sizeable IT team in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a VIP Support to join their service delivery team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems, applications, and devices. The role initially offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide technical support to VIP users
- Provide on-site technical support in software and hardware and perform troubleshooting end user workstation
- Support for mobile device, AirWatch installation and Enrolment
- Diagnose and resolve end-user IT issues, including operating system errors (Windows, macOS), application malfunctions, and connectivity problems, using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
- Develop and deliver basic training sessions or one-on-one support to enhance end users' digital literacy and proficiency with organizational tools and applications.
Requirements of the Role
- Degree Tertiary or above qualification in IT, Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of VIP support experience
- Strong in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and English/Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in MS Windows 10 and PC hardware/software
- Knowledgeable in Cloud application and SCCM
