We have four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation

In this role you will:

  • Leading and managing collateral management, credit management, portfolio management of Wealth Financing
  • Analysing and trouble-shooting credit portfolio, providing solutions to frontline to facilitate appropriate credit offering
  • Managing internal stakeholders such as Global and local Credit Risk, Transformation, IT, frontline to facilitate product development and commercialisation
  • Optimizing all KPI performance including market share, segment penetration as well as customer experience effectiveness
  • Developing product and procedural enhancement to improve customer experience
  • Facilitating credit proposal, margin monitoring, and monitoring product risk controls and supporting facility servicing issues


To be successful you will need:

  • University degree in a business
  • Proven experience in product development and/or business strategy experience in investment financing, consumer lending, banking, or other wealth product areas
  • Strong in mathematical and analytics skills. Ability to handle a multitude of initiatives and implementation quality. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Solid project management experience
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skill
