Must-Have Skills:
  • Fluent in both technical and business language.

  • ITIL-aware with production support experience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong SQL on enterprise RDBMS (Sybase/DB2 a plus).
  • Comfortable with Linux/UNIX, Python, and Java.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent debugging skills.
  • Collaborative team player; global experience a plus.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Exposure to observability and SRE principles.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and data.
  • Hands-on Java development.
