Key Responsibilities
• Lead internal and external audit coordination and compliance activities for HR.;
• Develop and implement the companys talent development and employee recognition systems..
• Assist in identifying development programs to facilitate talent management.
• Take the lead in preparing HR-related reports for the department.
• Establish and revise related HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support on any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• High level of communication and presentation skills
• People orientated and a team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
