They currently have 2 openings, one from TA Coordination and one from HR Operations.


1. (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)
  • Support Talent Acquisition teams across the full recruitment cycle (excluding interviews)
  • Review and sort CVs to ensure quality candidate pipelines
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with stakeholders
  • Provide onboarding support to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Collaborate with global HR teams, with a strong focus on APAC operations
2. (HR Operations Specialist)
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
  • Manage monthly invoices and ensure accurate data updates
  • Support HR operations to drive efficiency and compliance
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver smooth HR processes


What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment coordination within the FS industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday) and data management
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and professional manner
  • Bachelor degree in the related field of study
