Your new company My client, one of the top asset management firms in the industry, is sourcing an experienced Receptionist to join their team.
Your new role
Responsibilities include overseeing the reception area, welcoming and guiding clients.
Managing phone inquiries
Ensuring adequate office and pantry supplies
Contributing to event planning
Addressing facility requests promptly,
Facilitating internal workspace changes, conducting routine facility inspections.
Compiling management reports regularly.
Collaborating with the accounts payable team for invoice processing, aiding in budget preparation and management, evaluating vendor performance, and supporting annual budgeting processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder or above
5+ years of experience as a Receptionist/ Admin assistant in a corporate environment, exposure in the Financial Services field will be a bonus.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Solid customer service etiquette
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
