Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end to end QA delivery for respective project

  • Review all Testing related artifacts. Test scenario/case, Defects/Execution Log delivered by Team - 2nd Level
  • Review of Root cause Analysis
  • Follow up on infrastructure issues
  • Drive meeting scheduled on testing (status, walkthru, etc.)
  • Prepare and share status report
Essential Skills:
  • Salesforce, API testing, Integration Testing, Knowledge on CRM domain, Test Management Tool (ADO, JIRA)
