Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide all-rounded admin support to the department, including but not limited to preparation of reports, presentations PPT, org chart, training and meeting materials
  • Assist the Department Head and the department in organizing marketing activities to promote business and maintaining client rapport
  • Support the Department Head in managing the department, including but not limited, tracking the performance of sub-teams and/or Regional Heads
  • Assist the Department Head in implementation and execution of business strategies and management tools
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for providing appropriate supports promptly
  • Act as a Point of Contact between immediate department and CBD central team, managing communication, information flow, and ensuring alignment on projects or goals
  • Support other ad-hoc business initiatives / administrative support duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in business related field preferred
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience, preferably in banking and finance industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively
  • Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
