  • Financial Reporting: Review internal financial reports and statutory financial statements of Hong Kong and Taiwan entities to ensure the accuracy and integrity; Lead annual activity rates process for pricing and project costing.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the accounting and tax activities in Hong Kong and Taiwan comply with internal policies and relevant laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and management reporting, and review balance reconciliation to identify and assess potential financial risks.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide the guidance to operation team and monitor the daily accounting and tax activities.
  • Acquisition Projects: Lead the integration and deregistration process for the acquired entities.
  • Process improvement: Drive internal project with multiple stakeholders and teams to standardize the process and conduct effective communications and alignment.


Qualifications

Experiences:
  • 8~10 years working experience in finance and accounting roles in multinational companies in Hong Kong, experience in big 4 audit firm is preferred.
  • Great attitude in taking ownership and working under pressure.
  • Good capability on collaborations and communication.
Education:
  • Finance and accounting degree.
  • HKCPA/CICPA/ACCA/AICPA accountancy qualifications will be an advantage.
Skill:
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese and proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • PC skills (Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook); strong knowledge of SAP is preferred.
