VP/AVP, Global Banking - HK Conglomerates & MNCs

What You Will Do:
- Lead and develop a portfolio of HK conglomerates and MNC clients, providing strategic banking solutions that meet their complex needs.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative financial products and services.
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to the bank's regional and global strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to advise clients proactively.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in corporate or leveraged finance, relationship management, or coverage roles within the banking sector.
- Strong network and existing relationships with HK conglomerates and multinational corporations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage complex client requirements.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with cross-border banking, trade finance, or treasury services.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or other relevant languages.
- Experience in leadership roles or managing a team within a banking environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional qualifications such as CFA preferred.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant banking experience, with a proven track record of success in client coverage and revenue generation in Hong Kong or regional markets.
