What you'll need to succeed - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within insurance operations
- Familiarity with claims or policy admin systems, workflow automation, and digital process improvement tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
- A tech-curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
