You will be joining a leading global wealth management organization, supporting front-line teams through strong risk and control practices.
Your new role
- Review cases that do not meet investment suitability disclosure requirements in line with an established control review methodology
- Assess front‑office client communications, including emails, call reports, and call recordings where required.
- Identify cases that require escalation and discuss findings with Front Line teams.
- Work within time‑sensitive deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 year background in risk, controls, compliance, audit, investigations, or related functions within private banking / wealth management.
- Good knowledge of investment products (FX, derivatives, bonds, structured products, equities) and familiarity with MAS and HKMA requirements on investment suitability are preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with Front Line teams
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is required for regional communication and call reviews.
