Our client is leading Investment Bank and currently looking to bring in an experienced individual from Change/Programme Management background to design and drive the finance change, based out of HK.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Deep dive into current processes across finance to assess and identify any issues, gaps, and limitations along with engaging with various finance stakeholders to understand requirements and success factors
- Design and develop roadmap for a programme to resolve, enhance existing workflows, systems, and risk exposures
- Partner with technology to translate business requirements to technology spec and configurations
- Develop training materials and strategies to support team in adopting the new methods and system
- Act as SME on finance systems and their usage/upgrades etc.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A relevant degree with at least 12+years of working experience in a change management role including but not limited to process and systems change, gained from a large financial institution
- Proven experience in developing and implementing programmes to reduce manual workflow dependencies as well as enabling new technology changes.
- Experience in data modelling and data warehousing concepts and experience in implementing AI/ML led solutions
- Prior background in supporting finance functions a distinct plus.
- Have experience in presenting, engaging and convincing senior stakeholders essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills essential along with project management skills. Project Mgt certifications as PMP, Prince 2, Six Sigma a big plus
