Your new company A well-established insurance firm in Asia with a strong international presence, who provide high-quality insurance solutions and promote a positive, supportive working environment. A Case Manager is now sought to support their Distribution Team.
Your new role - Handle end-to-end processing of insurance cases submitted by distribution channels
- Review and verify application documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Act as the key point of contact for distributors on case status, requirements, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. underwriting and compliance) to resolve case issues efficiently
- Communicating with Distribution and RMs regarding underwriting requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to enhance distributor experience and service quality
- Maintain accurate case records and update systems to ensure data integrity
What you'll need to succeed - Fluent in written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- University degree or equivalent in Insurance, Banking or Finance related discipline
- 4 years' experience in case management or sales support in the insurance industry
