We are looking for a
Business Analyst to support the
Fragrance & Beauty division across three key system projects:
- ERP system implementation
- Retail & POS data-flow improvements
Role Overview You will act as the bridge between business teams, local markets, and technical teams, ensuring that all end-to-end processes are clearly mapped, aligned, and functioning across systems. This role requires strong business understanding, the ability to analyse cross-functional flows, and the confidence to challenge system teams when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document end-to-end business workflows (product lifecycle, retail, POS, supply chain).
- Support design, testing, and rollout of HERO, ERP, and data-integration projects.
- Coordinate with local markets and global IT to ensure proper data synchronisation.
- Validate system behaviour, identify gaps, and highlight risks during design phases.
- Produce documentation (process maps, requirements, UAT scripts).
- Act as the business representative
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst in luxury retail, beauty, or consumer retail.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (mandatory).
- Exposure to ERP or POS systems
- Ability to understand technical constraints and communicate business requirements
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication skills in English.
