A leading international financial market infrastructure group is expanding its fund services sales team and is looking for an experienced AVP-level sales professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across Hong Kong, Greater China and North Asia. This role carries direct ownership of new business development and regional market penetration for mutual fund and alternative investment servicing solutions.
What You'll Do - Drive regional revenue growth by originating new fund services mandates and expanding relationships with asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients
- Take end-to-end ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and pitching through to deal execution and onboarding
- Develop a deep understanding of client operating models and regulatory needs to position differentiated fund servicing solutions
- Work closely with internal relationship management, product and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Contribute to regional go-to-market planning and provide structured market intelligence on competitors and client trends
- Act as a brand ambassador through participation in industry forums, conferences and client events
- Maintain strong awareness of regulatory frameworks relevant to fund servicing in the region
What You Bring - Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in sales, business development or client coverage within asset management, fund administration or financial services
- Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships and convert opportunities into revenue
- Strong communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a regional, growth-focused role
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong advantage
- SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 license preferred
- Willingness to travel across the region
