We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Senior Manager, Inforce Management In this role you will: - Lead the Inforce Solutions team to identify, prioritize, and lead Inforce initiatives that improve profitability, risk metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner and collaborate with Inforce Analytics & Life Support Head to co-manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of inforce projects and life support request.
- Reengineer and transform Inforce analytical tools to timely identify and address the negative variances of profitability driver (e.g. lapse, mortality, reinsurance leakage, etc.).
- Lead ad-hoc projects upon request, such as medical re-pricing exercises, par dividend uplift initiatives, or other portfolio interventions.
- Be a business enabler in the development of innovative health & protection solutions including digital, leveraging data & analytics, health and wellness activities and next-gen underwriting approach.
To be successful you will need: - Multiple years' work experience in life and health insurance and/or reinsurance space
- Experience in product development or inforce management
- Demonstrated ability to build relationship with different stakeholders, influence and drive performance
- Proven track record, self-directed and high energy
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bottom line orientated, analytical and strategic thinker
