We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team and support business process enhancements and digital initiatives. The role involves analyzing business needs, optimizing workflows, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis by gathering requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and data reviews to understand business needs and define process or system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, workflows, and user stories, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Design and document process flows, data mappings, and system interactions; perform gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities between current and target states.
- Support project implementation activities, including user training, testing coordination, rollout support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business users, developers, testers, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system or process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of business analysis experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement; resilient under pressure.
- Proactive attitude, strong communication (English/Cantonese preferred); PM/BA certifications advantageous.
- Solid understanding of business processes.
- Junior candidates with strong analytical and presentation skills may also be considered.
