Let's create something together. Job duties of this Role: - Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure on-time delivery, within defined scope and budget.
- Coordinate and align internal teams (both onshore and offshore), stakeholders, and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams in system implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and performance.
- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
Qualifications Come JOIN US if you have: - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in system implementation projects, preferably within IT consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex system implementation projects involving several thousand man-days.
- Experience managing ERP/ Finance System projects is a plus.
- Strong background in project management, solution planning, and project delivery.
- Proficient in both traditional Waterfall and modern Agile/iterative methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PSM, or CSM are preferred.
