Position Summary:

The Investor Services / Business Development Associate will be based in the Hong Kong office support the senior sales professional covering Asia in servicing existing investors and driving new business opportunities. This individual will collaborate with global sales, marketing, client service, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class support to institutional and private wealth clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Sales Professional for Asia, including analytical preparation for client and prospect meetings on portfolio solutions, firm and product performance, and risk analytics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Grahams strategies, market positioning, and investor base to assist with cross-functional efforts across Investor Relations, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Prepare client materials including performance analyses, presentations, factsheets, RFPs, and DDQs.
  • Support marketing initiatives and distribution, ensuring timely updates of pitchbooks, product factsheets, and investor communications.
  • Assist with investor servicing tasks such as reporting investor flows, performance and risk updates, and other administrative deliverables.
  • Maintain internal databases (e.g., CRM) to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other client-related events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries, managing correspondence and coordinating with global teams to provide thorough and timely responses.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to business development, marketing campaigns, and fundraising analytics.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, business development, client service, or fund administration within an asset management or hedge fund firm.
  • Strong understanding of hedge fund strategies and financial markets; familiarity with macro and quantitative strategies is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment across time zones.
