• You will spearhead the end-to-end development of life insurance solutions. You are responsible for transforming market insights into competitive products while ensuring strict adherence to governance and regulatory standards. You will act as a central hub, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and portfolio growth

Your Scope

• Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end development cycle, including pipeline management, feature enhancements, and the formal approval process.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all products and marketing materials meet regulatory guidelines and internal Group standards.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and post-launch reviews to identify gaps and future opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Support: Advise on system upgrades and channel expansions while supporting product promotion and business development.

Your Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years in Life Insurance Product Development .
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of the insurance product landscape and market trends.
• Technical: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data-driven reporting.
• Soft Skills: High accountability, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who works well independently or in a team.
