A Chinese Bank is looking for a Senior Change Implementation Manager for their Custody Business

- A leading Chinese banking group is seeking an experienced Senior Change Implementation Manager to join their Custody Operations Change Delivery team. This is a key individual contributor position responsible for driving strategic transformation across the custody operational platform as the bank expands its global custodian capabilities.
Your new role
- Lead the end‑to‑end change delivery for custody operations platforms, covering: Settlement & Clearing, Corporate Actions, Securities Lending & Collateral Management, Cash Management & FX, Client Servicing.
- Manage and execute a major business transformation programme integrating global custodian operational platforms.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, technology partners, and senior management to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
- Oversee requirements gathering, business analysis, workflow redesign, UAT planning, execution tracking, and post‑implementation review.
- Produce high‑quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps, test plans, and management reporting.
- Ensure all changes comply with regulatory standards and align with internal governance frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years of relevant experience in custody operations and project/change management within reputable international or regional banks.
- Strong understanding of custody products, operational processes, and market practices.
- Proven experience delivering medium‑to‑large transformation or platform upgrade projects.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare Chinese documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with cross‑market custody or global custodian integration will be a strong advantage.
