Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Design & Delivery (70%)
  • Lead the end-to-end design of leadership development programmes for emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and senior leaders.
  • Develop learning journeys that incorporate workshops, coaching, digital learning, stretch assignments, and experiential components.
  • Ensure programmes align with business strategy, leadership frameworks, and future capability needs.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness using data-driven insights and continuously improve content and delivery.

2. Talent Development Strategy
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify leadership gaps and capability needs.
  • Recommend and implement talent development solutions that support succession planning, culture transformation, and organizational performance.
  • Drive and embed global learning standards and frameworks across business units.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage external vendors, training partners, coaches, and programme facilitators.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to tailor programmes to business needs while maintaining global consistency.
  • Facilitate high-quality leadership sessions, workshops, and engagement initiatives.

4. Learning Operations & Project Management
  • Oversee programme logistics, timelines, communications, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms and new technologies to enhance learner experience.
  • Track participation, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to leadership.

5. Culture & Engagement
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence across the organisation.
  • Act as an internal ambassador for talent development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-20 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or leadership development within large corporations.
  • Strong experience designing leadership programmes using blended learning methodologies.
  • Proven track record influencing senior leaders and managing large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, psychometric tools, and talent frameworks (e.g., 360 assessments, leadership models).
