Let's create something together. Job duties of this Role: Change Management (Initial 6-8 Months Focus) - Support the Change Management Lead in delivering key change management outputs, including:
- Change Impact Analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Network setup and coordination
- Contribute to the development and execution of communication and training plans to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption.
Business Analysis and Solution Delivery - Work with clients to identify business problems and develop the right analytical approaches and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver solutions that meet business and functional needs.
- Understand and analyze functional impacts on front-to-back applications.
- Perform and interpret requirements analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients.
- Design and document new processes, workflows, and system changes.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and business diagnoses.
- Support testing and deployment phases; design and deliver user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
Qualifications Come JOIN US if you have: - Bachelor degree or above from top-tier universityin IT or related disciplines
- 2+ years of related working experience in technology industry, preferably in consultancy environment
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate issues clearly and translate them into actionable items.
- Be objective-driven and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Prior experience in a sizeable digital transformation project
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital application workflowsExcellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Certified agile professional is preferred, such as certified scrum master, PSM I/ II, etc.
- Candidates with more 5years+ experience will be considered for senior roles
