We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Protective Security Team as Security Officer, Control Room
Responsibilities This is a 7 x 24 shift duty role with key responsibilities include:
- To supervise the security control room daily operation and provide round-the-clock security coverage to HASE and all branch premises of the Bank.
- To report major incidents and to refer the incidents to relevant SMEs.
- To monitor and review the operation of various security protection systems CAMS / VVS / CCure for all branches and ATM offsites
- Deliver on an ongoing basis physical security solution in accordance with overall regulatory requirements (internal & external) and aligned to the overall Regional and Global security strategy.
- To Maintains active relationship with country law enforcement and other governmental agencies.
- To provide rapid response during emergencies and upon activation of fire and burglar alarms, and seek instruction from Head of Protective Security
- To maintain current country and buildings' security assessments.
- To support all aspects of security work with vendor management team
- Efficient communication of security measures / strategy
Requirements - Proven experience in Security Control Room is an advantage
- Willing to work on 7x24 shift/roster basis
- Good concepts of security management with knowledge of security devices and well conversant with alarm and access control computer system.
- A valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit "SPP" license is preferable.
- Holder of relevant security system training certificate is an advantage.
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- PC knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
