Break contract or relocation?

Hello, can you help?
We have a filipino helper employed under my husbands name. The helper assists with our children & household chores. In a few months, the kids & I will relocate to Australia. My husband will however still technically be based in HK, employed in HK. With this in mind, can I terminate our helpers contract due to ‘the family relocating’, or is it a break contract? My husband will be moving to a much smaller place / crash pad & will not require a helper.
