Changing helper contract due to separation

My domestic helpers contract is under my name. I am about to separate from my spouse. I will be the one moving out, but would like the helper to stay with my spouse and children.

What is the process of getting this done without the helper having to leave the country and without terminating?

Are you still paying for the flat? Supporting the family? Then don't change it until the contract expires and then change it to your x wife. If you insist on changing it to her name, you better approach immigration to ask them if you can just make a transfer change of employer. The helper is tied into the address on the contract, if your support allows them to remain at the same address, don't change it.

We both work. I will rent my own place and will want to hire another helper, since the children will spend time at both places.
